Your current status may change based on the new criteria. It depends on your total spend for the year once the new program takes effect starting 1/1/2023. Remember to use your points by 12/31/22.
In order to remain in your tier, you must maintain your tier’s level of annual spending. If you do not meet the tier’s minimum spend requirement over a 12-month rolling period, your tier status will be downgraded.
Any coupon codes that have already been redeemed will not expire and will be available to use on a future order. Please keep in mind any minimum threshold requirements and product exclusions.
Exciting updates are coming to Sol Passport Rewards Program product redemptions! Sol Passport Rewards Program members will now be able to redeem points from our product catalog based on tier status. The higher your tier status is, the more product options you can unlock and use your points on. Our product offerings will be changing more frequently, so be sure to check back often for updates and be on the lookout for more product offerings, including exclusive swag to flaunt your Sol de Janeiro love!
Our Sol Passport Rewards Program has four Loyalty Tiers: SOL Now Boarding, SOL One-Way, SOL Round Trip, and SOL Upgrade. Your tier status is based on your annual spend on soldejaneiro.com.
Our SOL Now Boarding tier is free to join by making an account on soldejaneiro.com. Once you’ve spent $75/year, you will automatically be upgraded to the SOL One-Way Tier and will receive a 1x point multiplier of your points. Once you’ve spent $200/year, you will automatically be upgraded to the SOL Round Trip Tier and receive a 1.5x multiplier for your points. Once you’ve spent $400/year, you will automatically be upgraded to the SOL Upgrade Tier and receive a 2x multiplier for your points. Each tier has special perks and rewards.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last purchase. Each purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of the purchase. If the account has no purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.
All invites will be communicated via email throughout the year. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for announcements. If you unsubscribe, you won’t be notified.
