It's tart, sweet, and refreshing - perfect to brighten up the table to surprise your mom for Mother's Day brunch!
- Equal parts of:
Milk Heavy Cream
Concentrated Passionfruit Juice
- 1/2 packet of Gelatin
1. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into your blender, then using the same can, measure out the heavy cream and passionfruit juice.
2. Dissolve 1/2 packet of gelatin in hot water
3. Pour gelatin into the blender, and combine until smooth.
4. Plate into your desired bowls or cups, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to firm them up a little bit.
You're all set! This simple but satisfying treat is a Brazilian favorite for a reason.
