    When can I expect to receive my Sol de Janeiro package—are there currently processing or shipping delays?

    Our warehouse team and facility are taking the necessary steps to maintain a safe workplace environment. Our top priority is maintaining the health and safety of our team and Sol Babes. We are shipping orders on time, however many carriers are experiencing delays. Please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive.

    While we take great care to ensure that your Brazilian Beauty Secrets are packed safely and securely on their journey to you, if there are any issues regarding the products received in your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at ola@soldejaneiro.com with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently!

    RETURN POLICY

    What’s your return policy?

    We're sorry you didn't love our Brazilian beauty goodies! Sol de Janeiro will accept full and partial returns within 60 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. We will accept returns containing at least 50% of the product and in their original product packaging only. We cannot accept partial returns for items that were purchased as part of a set or bundle. 

    Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (https://soldejaneiro.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.

    How do I place a return or exchange?

    All returns must be processed within 60 days of receiving the order.

    Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Sol de Janeiro. 

    How long does it take to process a return?

    Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please allow 7-10 business days for all refunds to reflect in your statement, depending on your bank. 

    How do exchanges work?

    We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please place a new order at your convenience. We sincerely apologize for any trouble this causes. 

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY 

    How can I cancel an order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes. Please try reaching out to the carrier to request your package be returned to sender. Please note that this service is not always free and sometimes requires an additional cost that you would be responsible for.
