Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for order processing.
Once you've placed an order with us (thank you!), you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and link to a personalized order status page so that you may view the items ordered, shipping/billing information, and tracking number once your order ships.
Free Standard shipping (via FedEx SmartPost) available for orders of $50 or more shipped to valid US addresses, including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, all other US territories, military APO/ FPO, and PO Boxes.
While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order as we will not take responsibility for any missing or lost packages that are marked as delivered.We realize this may be inconvenient at times, but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.
Once received, our products need to be stored in a cool dry place, and we don’t recommend leaving them outside on your doorstep.
Missing or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it's nowhere to be found: Don't panic! Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they've received the package. In the event that your package is still not found:

Damaged or missing/incorrect items. While we take great care to ensure that your Brazilian Beauty Secrets are packed safely and securely for their journey to you, if there are any issues regarding the products received in your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at email@example.com with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently!
FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE BETWEEN JAN 1 AND JAN 31, 2020:
We're sorry you didn't love our Brazilian beauty goodies! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will happily come up with a solution for you.
Sol de Janeiro will accept full and partial returns within 75 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. We will accept returns containing at least 50% of the product and in their original product packaging only. Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Sol de Janeiro. Once we have initiated your return process via email at email@example.com, we will provide you with our return address. (PRODUCT RETURNS SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO THE RETURN ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR PACKAGE!)
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed securely back to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete, depend on your card's issuing bank.
Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (https://soldejaneiro.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.

- We have extended the returns policy from 30 to 75 days. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care Team will assist you with your return or exchange.
- We will accept returns containing at least 50% of the product and in their original product packaging only.
In the event that you would like to cancel your order, please email us ASAP at email@example.com. (The sooner, the better!) We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order as it may have already shipped, in which case, we will work with you to submit your return once it arrives.
