OVERVIEW 

These Giveaway Rules & Regulations (the “Official Rules”) govern participation in the giveaway described herein (the “Giveaway”), sponsored by Sol de Janeiro USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”). By entering the Giveaway, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. 

ELIGIBILITY 

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing in the United States at the time of entry. Must be 18 years old or older to enter. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. All eligibility is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

GIVEAWAY PERIOD  

The Giveaway begins on 4/2/26 at 12 PM EST and ends on 4/8/26 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.  

HOW TO ENTER  

To enter the Giveaway, follow these instructions: Like, save, and share the Instagram giveaway post. Follow @soldejaneiro and @trashie on Instagram. Tag a friend on Instagram in a comment and share with them. Bonus entries are to like, save, share and comment [Earth emoji] on the 3 Instagram posts prior to giveaway post. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules or that are submitted using any robotic, automated, programmed, or similar entry method are void.  

PRIZE  

There will be 1 prize winner(s) in total. Each winner will receive the following prize: 

(the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of each Prize is $663. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except as stated herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

DRAWING  

Within 10 business days following conclusion of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor or its designee will select 1 potential winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Potential winner(s) will be notified by direct message from @soldejaneiro on the platform using the contact information associated with the entry within 10 business days after the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, fails to provide required documentation, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries. 

WINNERS LIST 

To request the name(s) of the winner(s), send a written request to 60 East 42nd Street, 19th Floor, New York, NY 10165 with “Attn: Social Media Team” on the envelope, and include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Requests must be received within 60 days after the end of the Giveaway Period. 

TAXES 

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as provided by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winner.
