Crumbles like a dry cookie
"Maybe I received a defective product, but it disintegrates into dry crumbles when I try and roll it anywhere on my body (not sure if you can tell from the picture). It is literally impossible to use. It also does not have any scent, which is way off compared to the rest of the brand's products."
This was a HUGE let down
"I’m not sure if it is supposed to be a more wet application, but mine is really dry. I have to apply a decent amount of pressure to apply it. The first time I used it, a decent size chunk broke off because of having to press hard. I was expecting a jelly that kind of melted due to the warmth of my skin. Instead, it is a sticky application with a mild fragrance. Maybe I was expecting too much? I’m thankful I was able to try this free with points, but this was definitely a let down for me."
Smells like 62', though crumbles + little product
"I have been an avid user and fan of Sol de Janeiro for many years. They sold me on these jelly bombs and I bought the 62, only to be very disappointed by it crumbling apart upon the second use, then continued to crumble apart upon using. Plus, there is VERY little product in container, & scent doesn't last long alone, only when using the lotion and spray with it. I would think Sol would be more respectful, especially of their devoted clients. Very disappointed in this"

"Unfortunately the product breaks so easily. I purchased one and it broke on the first use. The item was replaced at no cost to me. The second one I received also broke. They are sticky on the skin but smell great and are still usable after breakage but $26 for less than 2 inches of product, I expected better- certainly didn’t expect them to break."

Love it but needs improvement
"I received this about two weeks ago. I LOOOOVE the scent and the fact that i can apply it without have to spray anything, and the fact that it’s easy to travel with. I love the convenience of it! It’s comfortable on the skin, and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling after application. However, I would like to see this improved with more structural integrity. As of late, whenever I apply it to my skin, little bits of the jelly come off at a time. I don’t use excessive force or pressure when applying, yet little pieces still manage to break off. While at work, I was applying this and the jelly broke off entirely. While I do love this product and wish to repurchase, if I and many others are going to pay $25 and shipping for this product, it should not be able to break off so easily. I think this product is great, but there’s considerable room for improvement."
