Olá! It’s a pleasure to have you in attendance at this Sol de Janeiro USA, Inc. (“Sol de Janeiro”) event! Before we get underway, we need to ensure that you have a full understanding of the risks you assume and the nature of this event. This is a promotional event. At the event, you will be in an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. You further consent and release, to Sol de Janeiro, to the publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, use for promotional purposes, on websites, social media, and press releases.

In attending this event, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur because of your participation. You understand that your participation is completely voluntary and not work related in any shape or form. You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any and all liabilities or claims you may have against Sol de Janeiro for any claims for damages in connection with this event.

You acknowledge and agree that your consideration for these releases and waivers is your ability to attend and participate in the event.
