"I really love this brand and their products, and I absolutely love the concept of a perfume balm. The fragrance is beautiful, and I love how convenient the balm is to carry and use. Unfortunately, the stick broke while I was using it, even though I was very gentle and careful with it. I was disappointed because I truly enjoy the brand and the product concept. I hope the stick or packaging can be improved because this is such a great idea!"
"I love this scent so much, have purchased the spray, body wash, and lotion and love them. I was excited about the option of the balm for public settings when a spray feels less appropriate. I had read one review that indicated the jelly balm fell apart but thought it might be a one off. I’ve had it for a week, never left it in a heated environment, and it just fell apart. I still have some jelly attached but now it’s continuously falling apart and losing chunks out of it. It’s basically unusable. Very disappointing."
"I was so happy when sol was releasing them , because I saw the influencers showing them off and I was like I need to get one because I own all three jelly balm perfumes . I found it in a set a ULta beauty and a few days after sol released them on all three colors . Which I purchased right away . They are so cute !"

"I bought this for the novelty. I had this product for one hour before it broke. I read reviews that stated that breakage wad a problem but I didn't think it would happen to me. I used it gently and warmed it in the palm of my hand before application and it still broke. The scent doesn't last and is very faint. I can't even return it due to their policy. I'm sure the company is aware."
