Is it just me, or has everyone started to take up baking bread once quarantining started? If I named everyone who asked me where they could find a sourdough starter, I'd be in the double-digits.
This totally makes sense though! Baking is fun, productive, and you end up with some amazing comfort food that you get to instantly reward yourself with! It's truly a win-win situation.
Personally, I've been wanting to bake more things from scratch and try new cuisines at the same time. One of our favorite office snacks at Sol HQ is called Pão de Queijo, and let us tell you - it's an office-wide obsession. We're serious.
Pão de Queijo is an absolute staple in Brazilian cuisine - and with good reason! These warm, chewy, and cheesy bites are the perfect appetizer or comfort food and are easy to whip up and toss in the oven.
(Also - Did we mention that they're also gluten-free?)
Our Content & Creative Manager (and total Brazilian Babe!), Ingrid, shows you how to make these perfect treats at home.
