Goodbye 2020. Hello 2021. Feels good just saying it. There’s no doubt that last year was full of challenges – and as a result, we learned a lot. Health is everything. Gratitude is essential and deep breaths go a long way.
We also experienced together how self-care went to whole other level. What might have been considered an “extra” before became a serious way to decompress, take care and recharge. No surprise - beauty and self-care how-to’s were among the most searched internet topics in 2020.
So, as we start a fresh new year, we encourage you to keep up the self-caring and sharing. And be grateful. Every day. Studies show that feeling grateful actually enhances physical and psychological health, helps us sleep better, and improves self-esteem.
Let’s set our intentions for good as we consider our New Year’s resolutions this year. And in the grand tradition of making those resolutions, may we make some SOL suggestions that are close to our heart?

- First things first – stay positive and surround yourself with positivity.
