- While shampooing, finger comb hair in a downwards direction to effectively clean and remove any styling products you’ve used .
- Rinse out and apply conditioner for maximum damage repairing + hydrating benefits as directed.
Brazilian Joia™ Strengthening + Smoothing Conditioner:
- After shampooing, evenly apply enough conditioner to coat hair from mid-length to ends.
- Avoid apply conditioner to the roots to prevent hair from being weighed down.
- Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
- Follow with Brazilian Joia™ Milky Leave-in Conditioner before styling to detangle, fight frizz, hydrate and add heat protection.

Great product but prefer old bottle style
"Not a fan of new style of bottle but product is great! The new pump style’s locking mechanism is flimsy compared to the lock on the old style. I travel quite a bit and pack full size products in my checked bag so I’ll have to take some extra precautions so this doesn’t spray inside my luggage. The conditioner smells great and leaves my hair soft. I use this on my daughter and she gets extra hugs at school because people want to smell her hair. 😂"

The bottles/ spray nozzles are horrible
"I have purchased many bottles of this milky leave in conditioner and each one has a defective sprayer nozzle, among other annoying issues. The sprayer nozzle is ineffective and unable to dispense the product. It’s very frustrating. I’ve tried adding water to the product but no luck. I have to transfer the product to a different bottle with a good spray nozzle. Additionally the bottle will weirdly fold in on itself as if it has been vacuum sealed. Very bizarre. Lastly, the lock button on the side of the nozzle randomly leaks leading to product waste and a mess. Every single bottle has the same problems. I love the product but the packaging is terrible and doesn’t function as intended. Please give us a better design."
